Quickly becoming the destination for great tequila, the Spotted Donkey Cantina at el Pedregal boasts an impressive list of tequilas featuring over 46 varieties. The Aztecs called the blue agave nectar "a gift from the gods". That tradition continues as we use only the finest produced tequilas in the world to create hand-crafted cocktails that are unique as they are original. We also feature our very own one of a kind double-barrel reposado tequila from Herradura that you can only find right here.
The restaurant's North Scottsdale location provides a fabulous backdrop of 12-million-year-old rock formations and you can catch the Arizona sky creating a stunning atmosphere on our large outdoor patio.

The Bakery Café, our charming bistro and bakery, and just a short walk to The Boulders Resort. This popular breakfast and lunch restaurant is inspired by classic patisseries and offers sandwiches on freshly baked breads, made-to-order salads, cookies and pastries. The delightful space features the “Exhibition of Blossoms” by nature photographer Linda Covey. The stunning pictures – taken on the property – bring vivid color to the restaurant. This Wi-Fi café is a comfortable spot for a morning espresso and croissant; a healthy lunch; or just sipping a glass of wine.

Welcome to Brugos Pizza, an award winning gourmet Pizza Bistro. Come to our gorgeous bistro and order a glass of wine, hard to find beer, or a famous Italian Margarita. As you peruse the sumptuous menu, decide if you want homemade lasagna or if you're in the mood for pizza. Ours is a secret recipe, Roman style, using dough that takes time to proof before we hand spin into pies that are both chewy and crispy. Toppings are seasonal and procured locally: savory cured meats, fresh and imported cheeses, homemade sauces, local produce and greens.
